We have taken a few days off to make some improvements to our kitchen. Apologies to all the people who wanted to book events over the last few days but we promise the changes will be worth it! Mainly to the new and improved roof we are installing to make summer much more enjoyable in the kitchen! We can’t wait and know you will love it!

He’ll share all his spring gardening tips while we whip up some delicious dishes using fresh spring produce. We might even get Michael to join us the kitchen... could be fun/dangerous! What a two days we had at the @adelcentralmarket with our Chilli Crab Shack as part of Seafood+Sounds. A huge thanks to the @adelcentralmarket for supporting the event, @twogulfscrab for supplying the most delicious crabs in the country, @piratelifebeer for the providing a perfect accompaniment to the crabs and to everyone that came along, rolled up their sleeves and got deliciously messy with us! We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
This story is an absolute tragedy (link in bio). At Sprout we love food, but more than anything we love sharing food and enjoying a meal with friends. Individuals with a dietary requirement should not have to miss out on this experience that most of us take for granted every single day. Every person with a dietary requirement should always feel confident that if they have correctly explained their dietary needs to a food business that their need will be met. We take the management of dietary requirements extremely seriously at Sprout and we are committed to supporting people with dietary requirements and we are working closely with @dietaryhawk to ensure individuals with dietary requirements can eat with confidence. Owen’s death was absolutely preventable. We need to learn from this tragic situation and implement standards to ensure this never happens again. Our thoughts go out to Owen’s family.
