~Crema de calabacín~ •Para 2 personas -2 calabacines medianos - 2 patatas pequeñas o 1 grande - 1 cebolla grande - Sal - aceite de oliva virgen extra -pimienta - opcional (ajo en polvo o perejil) Paso 1: Lavar la patata y el calabacín Paso 2: Trocear todos los ingredientes. Yo no les quito la piel a las patatas ni al calabacín por si algo contenido en fibra y nutrientes. Además del color que le dan a la crema. Paso 3: Calentar agua en una olla y cuando hierva echar todo. A mi me gusta echar las especias y la sal después de cocido pero también puedes añadirlas aquí. Paso 4: Dejar cocer todo hasta que se rompan cuando lo toquéis. Dependerá del tamaño de los trozos si tarda más o menos. Paso 5: Escurrir el exceso de agua, si nos gusta la crema muy espesa o tipo puré lo escurrimos todo. Si no es así con retirar el excedente y dejar un poco está bien. Porque nos ahorraremos echar leche o líquido para disolver. Paso 6: Triturar todo con la batidora hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Aquí es cuando le echo el aceite para no añadir el típico quesito o nata para aportarle una grasa saludable y de origen vegetal. Paso 7: Corregir la sal y las especias si procede. ¡A DISFRUTAR! Es una crema muy fácil y nutritiva, con la cebolla el sabor se suaviza mucho así que es ideal si no nos gustan mucho las verduras. Si todavía la queréis más suave aún pelad los calabacines. Viene muy bien como primer plato ahora que empieza a entrar el frío. It’s the weekend and we’re off on an excursion that requires the perfect snack balancing nutrients and taste. So, whole wheat pumpkin and maple muffins with a touch of butterscotch chips (recipe below 👇🏼) are called for. These flavorful antioxidant packed muffins are everything you could ever want in a baked good, just bursting with fall flavor. You get your pumpkin spice, sure, but these graduate pumpkin spice to the next level with layers of caramely maple that make you want to throw on that flannel and jump into piles of leaves. At least, that’s what I feel like doing on this chilly Philly burb morning. Hershey bound with these and a cranky toddler scheduled for a meltdown at 10 am after a 4 am wake up. Wish me luck. ——————————————————————————— Whole wheat pumpkin and maple muffins Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 2 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 cup pure pumpkin purée 1/2 cup canola or other plant oil 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp maple extract 1/4- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips ——————————————— Assembly: Pre heat oven to 350 (325 convection) degrees. Spray or line your muffin tin and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, light brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together. Add eggs, pumpkin, oil, honey, maple extract and vanilla extract and fold together until just combined. Do not over mix. Now add butterscotch chips and fold in. Scoop batter into muffins tins, about 3/4 full and bake for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden brown. Let cool and enjoy! These freeze well for up to 4 months or store well in an air tight container for up to 4 days.

Con aguacate van genial, y los podéis poner en un millón de platos diferentes ✨ 🍄Ingredientes: 7-8 champiñones 2 cucharadas de nuestra leche o crema favorita 1/2 cucharada levadura nutricional 1/2 cucharada aminos de coco o salsa de soja Una pizca de hierbas provenzales y chilli Un chorro de aceite de oliva 🍄Lavamos y cortamos los champis, calentamos el aceite y los echamos a la sartén, salteandolos durante 5min. Cuando estén dorados, añadimos la leche, levadura nutricional, el aminos o la salsa de soja y las hierbas y chilli. Salteamos durante 2 minutos más, a fuego lento y ya estaría! • Super fácil, verdad! Etiqueta a alguien a quien le guste mucho mucho desayunar, para que pruebe esta super receta 🍄 Otra cosa: en qué idioma me leéis y desde dónde?? 🌍 Me ayudaría mucho saberlo para saber cómo organizar todo! Feliz finde!! • • • 🇬🇧I was going to say "starting the day off with some avocado mushroom toasts" but it took me forever to take some pictures so I'll go with "HAPPY AFTERNOON" instead! 😂 Here's a recipe for the best creamy, cheezy mushrooms to take your avocado toast to the next level ✨ 🍄Ingredients: 7-8 mushrooms 2tbsp. your favourite mylk or cream 1/2tbsp. coconut aminos or soy sauce 1/2tbsp. nutritional yeast A pinch of herbs de provence and chilli A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil 🍄Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil and when it's warm, add the mushrooms to the pan and sautee for 5min. When they're golden, add in the rest of ingredients and simmer on low for 2mins. Enjoy! • So easy to make, right? Если не знаете как, напишите, я расскажу. Жмых при этом оставляем для украшения смузи и так же можно сделать из него конфеты. Кстати, растительное молоко в основном я покупаю только кокосовое, тк его долго делать. Остальное я люблю сама готовить. ⠀ 2️⃣Добавляем к молоку все ингредиенты и взбиваем в блендере. ⠀ 3️⃣Украшаем смузи жмыхом и кусочками инжира. 🍜😍 Miso Vegan Ramen! by @alexafuelednaturally . Follow us @vegadishes for Daily vegan recipes . Recipe: Serves 2 6 cups filtered water 1 1/2 tbsp vegan bouillon paste 3 green onions 3 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced 1 can slices bamboo shoots (8 ounce can) 3 garlic cloves 2 1/2 tbsp miso paste 1/2 cup spinach, roughly chopped Small bunch cilantro, for garnish 1/2 cup frozen corn 1 avocado, sliced 4 ounces Cremini mushrooms, sliced 2 ramen noodle packets (each 3.5 ounces... toss out the seasoning packets and only use noodles) Crispy tofu: 1/2 container firm tofu (7 ounces), cubed 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch 1/2 tsp salt Avocado oil or coconut oil . Method: 1. Bring water to a boil then add bouillon paste, garlic, ginger, sliced bamboo shoots and green onions to a boil. Boil for 40 minutes. 2. Meanwhile prepare toppings. In a large pan heat 1 tsp coconut oil or oil of choice. Add frozen corn, mushrooms and spinach and sauté for 3 minutes or until all cooked. Season with salt and pepper. 3. For the Crispy tofu place tofu cubes on a large plate. Season tofu will salt then evenly dust the corn starch over to tofu. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 1/2 tsp avocado oil or coconut oil. Add tofu and cook for 1-2 minutes on each size of the tofu cube. On the same pan make room for the avocado, slice avocado and cook on both sides for 1 minute! 4. Add the miso paste to the broth and ensure it fully dissolves. Simmer for 2 additional minutes then place a strainer over a large bowl. 5. Return the strained broth to a large pot, bring broth to a boil then add ramen noodles, cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are cooked (may vary depending on brand of noodles and directions on the package.) Divide noodles between two bowls, add the spinach, avocado, corn, crispy tofu, mushrooms, chopped cilantro and a slice lime. Enjoy! .

Who wants to dig in with me? Here is what in the bowl: Japanese Eggplant cooked in sesame tahini with coconut amino acids. Slice the Japanese Eggplant in half. Make criss cross cuts in the center. Season with salt. Leave it aside. In a pan, add 1/3 veggie broth or water and mix it with tahini, bring it to boil, add 3 tbsp of coconut amino acids. Lay the eggplant flat on the pan flat with center criss cross cut side down. Cook covered on med heat for 5 min until liquid reduces, add 1 more tbsp of coconut amino acids. Cook the eggplant on one side until brown and you see grill marks. Kabocha squash cooked with tahini and coconut amino acids and veggie broth. Cut kabocha squash in 1 1/2 inch slices. Repeat the above process used for eggplants. Pinto beans cooked in veggie broth and glazed in coconut amino acids. Wait but these plant powered spicy stuffed peppers 😭😭😭💗💗💗💗🤰🏽🤰🏽🤰🏽 yall this DISH!! so flavorful and so healthy🤑 started off with rice a roni mexican rise, put it in the cast iron grill w some olive oil and let it start..,,.. added a chopped yellow onion and a jalapeño then created a little simmer before i added garlic, cajun seasoning, tapatio, cumin and some salt and pepper 😋 poured in the spicy diced tomatoes for the rice and some vegetable broth. for the vegetables i added frozen corn, frozen peas and carrots as well as some frozen bell peppers. i just got a big pack of veggie burgers from costco so i chopped up a chipotle black bean burger as well, threw it in the microwave for a minute or two, and it was the perfect edition! then i let all of that simmer for 20 minutes after adding a tiny bit more vegetable broth!!! in the meantime i boiled some water to put the empty peppers in for about 5 mins to soften them up!!🥰 Threw em on a cooking sheet and filled them up with the mixture and topped with some cheese. Baked at 350 for 30 mins 💗 Once it came out of the oven i added some chopped green onion, cilantro, green tabasco and tapatio 🥰 enjoying this beautiful evening!!!
