Hey ihr Kürbisfreunde 🍁🍂🎃 Wisst ihr was ich auch gerne trinke? Einen Pumpkin Spice Latte ( PSL) und um den auch zu Hause genießen zu können, braucht man gar nicht viel. 1 Tasse Espresso 100 ml Milch 2 El Kürbispüree 1 TL Pumpkin Spice Sirup Sahne Für das Kürbispüree hab ich euch ein Rezept einen Post vorher gegeben. Den Pumpkin Spice Sirup stellt ihr wie folgt her: 1/4 Tl Nelken gemahlen 1/2 Tl Muskatnuss 1/2 Tl Ingwer gemahlen 1 1/2 Tl Zimt 1/4 Tl Piment 1/2 Tl Vanille 1 1/2 El Agavendicksaft Alles vermengen und fertig. Die Gewürze nutze ich zum Beispiel auch für mein Pumpkin Spice beim backen. Zurück zum Spice Latte. Jetzt nehmt ihr euch ein hohes Glas, als erstes das Kürbispüree mit dem Sirup vermischen und in das Glas geben. Die Milch erhitze und aufschäumen und dazugeben. Dann den heißen Espresso darüber geben und das alles mit einem Sahnehäubchen verziehren❤🤤 Fertig ist der Spice Latte. Ein Pumpkin Spice Latte hat bei mir ca. 200 kcal

Into boiling water for 6 minutes 30 secs and then straight into a bowl of cold cold water. I leave them in the shells and just de-shell them just before I eat them. 🔹️Sweet & sour pork🔹️ 1tbsp coconut oil 1kg diced pork topside 2 large onion 2 peppers 150g carrots 150g sugar snap peas 150g baby corn 4 cloves garlic Sauce 2tsp Chinese 5 spice 80g tomato purée 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 3 tbsp light soy sauce 300ml water + chicken stock 400g Tin pineapple (drain juice) 2tbsp cornflour mixed with 3tbsp hot water Egg noodles or egg fried rice  to serve method Chop the onion, carrot & pepper into thin strips and slice garlic Add oil to a pan and fry the pork for 2 minutes, add the veg and fry for 5-10 minutes until softened and pork is cooked. Then add garlic. Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and pour into the pan then add pineapple. Serve over rice/ noodles 🔸️Serves 5 (macros per portion without rice)  421cals 50p/9f/35c🔸️

With summer just around the corner, what better way to cool down then with a big bowl of nicecream. Its so delicious, and those with dairy intolerance can enjoy it too.  Here is a simple recipe to start you off! . ⭐Blueberry Nicecream⭐ 2 Frozen banana 1/2 Cup frozen blue berries 1/4  Cup coconut milk (add a little more if too thick) 1 Tbsp coconut cream. . Place all ingrediants in a high speed blender (such as a vitamix or equivalent), and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Usually, once a week I’ll #mealprep a whole roasted chicken and use up the leftovers throughout the days following. I like to keep the flavors of the chicken basic enough to jazz up with sauces or spices if I wanted to later, but delicious enough to be eaten that same night, right outta the oven! . . I make a paste with softened butter (ghee, or “clarified butter” if I don’t want to use dairy) and the spices of my choice; typically my Three Amigos blend and Herbes de Provence. Then I’ll shove dollops of the paste under the skin of the chicken, so that as it cooks it melts into the meat, keeping it moist, full of flavor and the skin on top crisps up 🤤. And I always make sure the bird is nestled in the middle of a sheet pan full of seasonal veggies that also reap the benefits of that simple, delicious paste married into that organic chicken fat💏 . . TASTY TUESDAY 🥘 ⠀ ⠀ This is an easy casserole to prep, customizable, and I love that it’s even more filling with the potato. ⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ 9 large eggs⠀ 1/2 cup heavy cream (or dairy free @nutpods)⠀ 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded⠀ 1 1/2 cups of thawed shredded potatoes⠀ 1 cup ham ⠀ 1/2 red pepper⠀ Handful of green onions ⠀ 1/2 tsp salt⠀ 1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder⠀ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast ⠀ ⠀ HOW TO⠀ 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.⠀ 2. Whisk eggs and cream. Stir in remaining seasoning.⠀ 3. Pour into a greased 9x9 casserole dish and add ham, veggies, and cheese. .⠀ 4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

And when it comes to bread (like many other things), ingredients are SUPER important! ⚡️Go for ORGANIC! ⚡️Skip the white & spring for WHOLE WHEAT🌾 ⚡️Aim for less than 300mg sodium per serving🧂 ⚡️5g+ fiber is GOALS. . .
