Box the sides , Push and Pull the ends! 💪🤪🤛 On the ends you can alternate pushups, seated dips, bent over rows, shoulder presses, lunges, squats, curls, planches, handstands, knee raises, ab crunches, front shoulder raises, quick steps. Just put THERACK back in Level 2 and start your boxing combos in a clockwise direction. You can alternate each round[try 🔟 Rounds and do 🔟to1️⃣2️⃣ reps on your strength moves]the direction to counter clockwise. The punch combo I used here, was a jab,left upper cut and a right straight. It would be the opposite if you’re a southie. Do a different punch combo on the opposing side like right straight, left hook, right straight also known as a 2,3,2. Don’t be crazy with your punches, just work them. I had sold what little I had of my personal things in Atlanta to make the move. That $800 bucks went fast 🔥🔥and I found myself at a Sizzlers in Marina Del Rey begging 🙏🙏for a job. The manager said they didn’t have anything, except for a dish washer. I said “I’ll take it”!! He(Wolfgang), said It’s only $4.50 an hour. I said “I’ll take it”!!! Roughly 6 months later, I got a an audition for a commercial....A Sizzler commercial lol 😆 I booked it and the rest is history!
