Then pour water until you cover at least half the pot (if you like the lentils more liquid you can add more) - Peel the carrots and sweet potato and cut them (carrots into small pieces and the sweet potato into big ones). Add them to the pot with some salt and let it cook at medium heat for about 20 minutes - Take out the sweet potato and smash it to make it purée. Who said who you can’t mix fruits in your salad? 🥗 . . . Citrus Beets . . INGREDIENTS 50 gm orange​ 50 gm beetroot​ 30 gm coconut yoghurt​ Pinch of salt​​ Pinch of pepper​​ Pinch of cumin powder​​ 20 ml lime juice​ 50 gm sweet lime​ ½ tsp oregano​ 20 gm red radish, sliced thinly​ 30 gm baby spinach 5 gm chia seeds​ . . For the balsamic dressing: 20 ml balsamic​ 5 ml maple syrup 15 ml olive oil​ Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper​ . . METHOD Slice each individual orange in half. Meanwhile set beetroots to boil for 8 minutes. While it boils, whisk coconut yoghurt, salt, pepper and cumin powder and place on a plate as base. Once beetroot is boiled, marinate in lime and sweet lime juice. To plate, arrange orange segments with beetroot and sliced radish along one side of the dish. Place baby spinach on the other. Garnish with chia seeds, drizzle with whisked balsamic dressing. Give it a try , they’re so light & delish 😁⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Here’s the recipe : ⁣ ⁣ 3/4 cup spelt flour⁣ ⁣ 1/4 cup coconut sugar ⁣ ⁣ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder⁣ ⁣ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁣ ⁣ 1/4 teaspoon salt⁣ ⁣ 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons almond milk⁣ ⁣ 1 large egg (or sub flaxseed egg)⁣ ⁣ 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil ⁣ ⁣ 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ In a medium-large bowl, add spelt flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon & salt. Whisk to combine.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ In another medium-large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk, egg, oil & vanilla extract to combine.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients & gently mix until just combined (careful to not over-mix).⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Evenly distribute in doughnut pan. Tap pan on counter to release air bubbles. Bake for 7-8 minutes, until doughnuts are cooked through (when a toothpick inserted into the doughnut comes out clean). ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 1. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup coconut sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until cinnamon is evenly mixed in. Recept na dýňové lívance bude uložený u ostatních zde 👉 #baruvarisaktincz ! 🥞Takto označené suroviny mám z @aktincz 🥞 100 g dýně uvařit a rozmixovat na pyré 20 g mandlové odtučné mouky 🥞30 g ovesných vloček 🥞15 g proteinu ja použila @pescience 1 vejce 🥞5 g @mujbilek.cz 100 ml vody Lžičku skořice Lžičku jedlé sody 30 g tvarohu Nejprve si smícháme sypké ingredience poté přidáte celé vejce, dýňové pyré,tvaroh, vodu všechno rozmixujeme a necháme 10 minut stát následně vmícháme sníh z bílku. #snidane #dyne #livance

| PORRIDGE CACAO/CACAHUÈTE | . La recette : 50g de flocons de sarrasin ou autres 25 cl de lait végétal + 15cl d’eau 1 cas de cacao dégraissé 1 cas de graine de chia . Petit voyage en Turquie 🇹🇷 hier soir au menu avec cette pide inspirée du #delhaizemagazine 📖. J’ai cependant adapté la recette pour en faire une version végétarienne en remplaçant le haché d’agneau par du haché de seitan. Pleine de saveurs, voici la recette: 1) pour la pâte, mélanger 250g de farine complète (épeautre par exemple) avec 250ml de kefir, 2 càs d’huile d’olive et une pincée de sel; faire une boule avec la pâte obtenue et laisser reposer 30 minutes sous un linge 2) faire revenir 250g de seitan dans de l’huile d’olive et bien épicer avec du cumin, du paprika, de la coriandre, sel et poivre. Ajouter quelques cuillères de sauce tomate 🥫 et mélanger. Laisser revenir quelques minutes 3) étaler la pâte à la main avec un peu de farine et la travailler pour former une pizza allongée ; rabattre les bords pour pouvoir la farcir 4) farcir avec le haché ; ajouter des olives noires, un poivron vert et un poivron rouge pointu coupés en lamelles et quelques cuillères de yaourt turque 5) faire cuire 15 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 230 degrés. Décorer de persil émincé avant de passer à table 😋 Cette pide est intéressante au niveau nutritionnel. Le kéfir est un excellent probiotique qui va renforcer votre immunité. La farine complète d’épeautre est un bon prébiotique, important pour la santé de votre flore intestinale. L’huile d’olive et les olives ont un effet protecteur vis-à-vis du système cardio-vasculaire. The great tuber particularly rich in secondary plant compounds, vitamins, floates, iron and therefore the perfect superfood in the fight against radical and inflammatory processes. Studies also proof that it can lower the blood pressure, significantly measurable, through its vasodilator effect. So: include this superfood regularly in your diet. But be aware if you have gout or rheumatism because in its shell is much oxalic acid. So better peel it before you eat it raw. Wenn ich als Kind krank war hatte ich immer Heißhunger auf rote Beete, was eigentlich sehr schlau war von meinem Körper und heute weiß ich auch warum. MAFÉ DE LÉGUMES & RIZ DE KONJAC😍 Vegan, sans gluten et sans lactose😃 . . . Pour la recette (2 personnes), j’ai tout d’abord fait cuire durant quelques minutes des pousses de betterave & jeunes pousses, 1 courgette et 2 carottes en morceaux dans un fond d’eau bouillante puis j’ai rajouté de la crème de cajou @ecomiloficial, 50ml de lait d’amande sans sucre, du jus de citron, du curcuma, du curry et enfin 1 cas de peanut butter @nu3_fr pour réaliser ma sauce mafé. J’ai laissé longuement mijoter avant de servir dans mon assiette, accompagné du riz de konjac @nu3_fr préalablement rincé à l’eau bouillante🤤🥒🥕🍋🥜🍚 . . .
