In the next weeks, I’ll meditate for 20 minutes twice daily. Bisher habe ich mir mit Meditation immer schwer getan, weil ich sehr viele Gedanken hatte und nicht so lange still sitzen kann. Wem von euch geht es genau so? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Bei TM reichen 20 Minuten morgens und abends UND es wird nach einer Weile einfacher. Darum ziehe ich es jetzt endlich mal durch und mache Meditation zum festen Bestandteil meiner Routine. Vorteile hat’s so viele... googlet einfach mal. So I got a lil suggestion from a friend the other day saying I should put more recipes on here. And I know I should. I’m just so terrible at making recipes which is beyond bizarre considering my love for order and organisation but anyway. So here’s me taking on that feedback and I have a super simple and delish salted peanut bliss ball recipe for you. I know bliss balls aren’t as trendy as they used to be but I still love having some in the fridge to add to breakfast or as a nice afternoon snack. Recipe is down below. Hope you guys had a fab weekend. Peanut Butter Bliss Balls Makes 10-12 Ingredients - 1 cup dry roasted peanuts - 8-10 medjool dates - 1/3 cup activated buckwheat - 1/4 cup peanut butter - Pinch salt Method 1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and blend until combined 2. Roll into balls and set in the fridge for 30mins

Что такое индекс массы тела-это соотношение веса и роста, используется для классификации ожирения. Кто нибудь знает свои имт, а? Есть формула по которой он рассчитывается.. и так🙂 ИМТ=масса тела(кг)/рост’2(м) Покажу на своём примере: 65/2,31(152*152)=28 Теперь расшифруем, что же это значит🧐 🔺до 16 выраженный дефицит 🔺16-18,5 недостаточная масса тела 🔺18.5-24,99 норма 🔺25-30 избыточная масса тела 🔺30-35 ожирение 1-ой степени 🔺35-40 ожирение 2-ой степени 🔺40 и выше ожирение 3-ей степени Так же есть формула для подсчета идеального веса😋 1. (Рост(см) -110)x1,15 Пример: (152-110)x1,15=48,3 2. (Рост-100)-(рост-150)/2 Пример:(152-100)-(152-150)/2=25😂😂 Результат из первой формулы больше похож на правду😅 Такие формулы для меня не подходят из-за низкого роста, поэтому я сужу по имт. Для того чтоб показатель был в норме мне нужно весить 53-57 кг. А какой идеальный вес для вас?😍 P.s.пожалуйста, не нужно мне писать о том, что мне и так нормально.
