@misslaneyx Ok let’s be honest here... this photo was taken about 3/4 weeks ago. Over the past few weeks, I’ve really let myself go. As much as I post ‘I’m being mindful about my diet’, this usually means ok I’m going to make myself a healthy breakfast and lunch 4 times a week and the rest of my meals are either takeaways or a liquid dinner (alcohol) 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve put on about 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks through my bad diet and far too much wine / prosecco. Now, I’m going to be honest here. I’m not really gunna cut out alcohol and not about to significantly reduce my intake of alcohol as I really enjoy going out. However, my diet has to change if I want to achieve my goals. RESISTANCE BANDS FOR RUNNERS . One of my favorite exercises to do as a warm up before my runs are lateral squat walks and squats using a resistance band. Resistance bands are ideal for glute and hip strengthening because: . ▪️Helps strengthen stabilizer muscles ▪️Isolates each side requiring core and stabilizer engagment ▪️Engages the glutes as well as the hips which are common areas of weakness for runners ▪️Helps prevent common running injuries such as knee and IT band issues due to weak hips and glutes . Add resistance bands to your warm up protocol or as an exercise to your training to help improve form, power and speed in your running performance!

Das Gewicht schwenkt bei 97-98kg, vereinzelte Tage sogar unter 97kg. In dieser hinsicht bin ich wie eine Frau Gewichtsschwankungen level over 9000 jeden Tag eine andere Zahl.
