Mon homme apprécie beaucoup également, lui c'est plutôt sauce chili 0 #action . . 👉 RECETTE RAPIDE: - épluchez et coupez les patates douces en forme de frites, direction un tupperware, ajoutez les épices de votre choix ( ici paprika, sel, poivre, herbes de Provence et cumin), secouez, étalez les frites sur une feuille de papier cuisson ou un tapis cuisson - coupez le poulet en petits morceaux, mixez des flocons d'avoine ( je met environ 15g de flocons pour 100g de poulet ), ajouter sel, poivre, trempez le poulet dans les flocons, étalez sur la 2eme plaque du four. Chyba idą zmiany. Chyba idą na lepsze. 😊 Idą bardzo powoli, ale to dobrze bo musimy mieć czas żyć spokojnie i normalnie. Normalnie czyli musi się znaleźć czas na przygotowanie posiłków dla rodziny i ogarnięcie małego człowieka i całego domu a jednocześnie pracę, a spokojnie bo w tym wszystkim musi się znaleźć chwila wytchnienia i miejsce na kawkę i kawałek dobrego fit ciastka. Zawsze moim ulubionym deserem była szarlotka, ale chyba nigdy nie jadłam wersji bez cukru. Odgrażałam się latami że zrobię sobie taką jak lubię czyli z dużą ilością jabłek i małą ilością ciasta a to wszystko jeszcze w wersji bez cukru. Dzisiaj zrobiłam pierwszą w życiu. By forcing the quads to bear the load of the weight, it helps you tax the muscles of your thighs, breaking them down and building them up stronger than before. 2) Changing the position of your feet on the vertical leg press will isolate different muscles, as different stances target specific muscle groups more intensely. A narrow stance requires strong use of the quadriceps while a wider stance will put more emphasis on the inner thigh muscles. Vertical leg presses also have the potential to strongly work the glutes. There is significantly more leg and hip flexion on the vertical leg press machine versus a standard squat. 3)When you use a vertical leg press, your back is sitting against the floor and your legs are straight up in the air. Your body is bent at a 90-degree angle in the midsection, and your legs are pressed up against a plate. The weight is on top, and when you press the weight upward, you straighten the knees.If you are injured in the neck, shoulders, or back, you can still do the vertical leg press because your upper body isn’t holding any weight and there is no stress. Ingredients. (Serves 6) . . . * 1 large onion, diced. * 1 pepper, diced. *1 small courgette. * 2 garlic cloves, crushed, or 2tsp lazy garlic. * 1 tbsp chilli powder. * 1 tsp paprika. * 1 tsp ground cumin. * Pinch cinnamon. * 500g lean minced beef. * 2 beef stock cube (150ml). * 400g can chopped tomatoes. * 2 tbsp tomato purée. * 1 red wine stock pot (Tesco’s). * 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed. * Handful of frozen sweetcorn. (Didn’t have any in 🙈) * Big dollop of marmite. . . . Method. . Fry the onion for 5 mins until soft. Then add garlic and pepper and fry for another 3mins.. 💡Client Spotlight💡⁣ ⁣ Lauren has always had a small frame but she joined the bootcamp because she really wanted to shape up and get more definition. She had a holiday booked so was really motivated to get in the best shape possible. Before joining the bootcamp Lauren played Camogie a couple of times a week and went to the local gym but had zero motivation because she had no accountability or someone to motivate and push her. Nutrition wise she was eating all the wrong foods and didn’t know the right portion sizes. ⁣ ⁣ Like everyone with a small frame she was told she didn’t need to do anything, but she knew in her own head she would be more confident if she could build her abs and glutes to the shape she wanted 🍑💪😎⁣ ⁣ She found the bootcamp the most “welcoming place ever”. She was so nervous at the start not knowing anyone, but because everyone gets along so well she has now met so many good friends. She loves how everyone keeps her motivated, how everything’s explained so well and how she never felt out of place compared to other gyms. She really looks forward to going now. 🤩⁣ ⁣ Lauren went on holidays in the best shape of her life, she could wear whatever she wanted and know she looked great! Pour 2 hamburgers, il vous faut 🍔 2 pains 🍔 2 beaux oignons doux de Cévennes ( ou autre) 🍔 5 tomates cerises, à la base je voulais mettre de la tapenade de tomates, mais on a fait les gourmands lors d'un apéro....😂 Donc si vous avez la possibilité de tester avec ! ( N'oubliez pas de me le partager 😉) 🍔 Une figue fraîche 🍔 Sel poivre 🍔 Un pélardon des Cévennes, bien crémeux . Faire revenir les oignons avec les petites tomates dans de l'huile d'olive, jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent translucides. J'aime quand ils sont un peu caramélisés, je les laisse un peu plus longtemps. Saler, poivrer En fin de cuisson rajouter la figue coupée en lamelles. Couper le pélardon en 2 dans le sens de l'épaisseur. . For the curry loaf muffins I cooked up some Batchelors curry super rice, then mixed with a drained can of chickpeas, 3 eggs and a tbsp of curry powder, baked on 180c for 30mins. Recipe: 1 1/2 cup strawberries 1 handful of mint leaves 5 ice cubes 1/4 cup coconut yogurt 1 tbsp honey 1 cup milk of choice (almond, soy etc.) 1/3 cup coconut yogurt Blend everything except for 1/3 coconut yoghurt for 1 minute. Final Score card Open Bodybuilding.....wasnt present so my opinion is based on pics and videos from various sources and I had the top 3 much closer than what the points show.....they all improved from prejudging to the finals so I don't really get the straight 7 on both occasions for Brandon.....as for Bonac and Hadi the difference I saw was a slight edge of Bonac over Hadi in the back double bicep in terms of back density... not that Hadi lacks density but William being a narrower man all that muscles gets piled on in layers instead of being spread out. Great post from 👇 #repost @chadhargrove1 give him a follow. ・・・ A goal isn’t a goal without a deadline. - Ever heard that? - Logically I can’t seem to make any sense of it. - I mean, I guess if we flip the perspective a bit. - Usual weight loss goal: - Lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks. - Woof—good luck with that. - Not saying it isn’t possible, I’m just saying the math, genetics, environmental and lifestyle variables at play make it pretty tough for you to control. - Maybe by a lot. - Here’s a better way. - Lose 20 pounds in 20 pounds. - The deadline now isn’t a timed deadline. - It’s a deadline based on the goal itself. - Takes some pressure off to know you can lose that 20 in 20 weeks. - But you could also lose it in 20 minutes including periods of maintenance where you’ll likely add some muscle which will bring you closer to what you’re actually looking for anyways. - What I’m saying is stop making TIME the ultimate piece of the goal. - Make getting there and staying there while keeping your head right the goal. - This is something that can happen in one sprint...but you’ve gotta leave the door open to the idea of stops and starts. - Sometimes keeping the food low enough to lose weight isn’t so hard - Sometimes you’ve got sick kids, work stress, relationship crap and ill family members. - And although I’d avoid total apathy to your health..I would strongly consider you leave the option available to relieve some pressure and adjust expectations. - Slow down a little. Because it may feel like too much to be chasing a fairly meaningless 20 pounds off as fast as possible goal when you could just take a little longer and handle your shit. - Or ya know, keep finding out life is gonna sway the way it will every single time you try and change your habits. - You’ve gotta learn to change your habits overall.
