Been enjoying the ability to pick up heavy things in the basement. I’ve been using the 15kg @fringesport Bomba bar I got for my wife, but looking forward to getting a full-size bar for myself... been eyeing their Hybrid bar for a while, we will see. These bumpers are perfect btw-

Hey Papi! That's what we call head chef Matt and the drink in front - shortbread-infused @ketelone vodka, berries, lemon, & whites. Bringing up the rear is the Bomba Bellini with peach, pear, cava, & sage.

Our 'Pretty Mama': Rum, @marionetteliqueur Apricot Brandy, @casamariolau vermouth, and tepache (a housemade fermented spiced pineapple soda). Sounds weird but is DELICIOUS.

Simple, full-flavoured sides: Green bean & broccoli salad dressed with an anchovy dressing, ajo blanco sauce and horseradish.

Our take on the classic: char-grilled pork belly with harissa sauce & chicharron (crispy puffed pork skin).

This is our chargrilled morcilla sausage, a Spanish blood sausage regularly found as a tapa or in stews in Spain. Ours is the classic Spanish morcilla, cooked over coals to create that delicious smokey flavour then partnered it with house-pickled beetroot and crispy onions.
